- Serve as the face and brand ambassador of the Moët & Chandon and Veuve Clicquot Bars at KaDeWe, providing a memorable first and last impression.
- Engage customers with the stories of Maison Moët & Chandon and Veuve Clicquot, enhancing brand captivation.
- Warmly greet and inspire customers to encourage repeat visits.
- Recruit, develop, and retain customers to support sales objectives.
- Advise, prepare, and serve drinks and food with polished service standards.
- Exhibit comprehensive product knowledge and stay informed on marketing campaigns, product launches, and promotions.
- Maintain exemplary standards in hospitality and retail.
- Operate responsibly and solution-oriented for customer and company benefit.
- Adhere to company management systems, safety, security, and inventory policies.
- Foster a positive and respectful team environment to achieve shared goals.
- Currently enrolled in a full-time study program.
- Experience in luxury retail, lifestyle hospitality, or service environments is preferred.
- Passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
- Understanding of the impact of work on overall guest experience.
- Knowledge of wines and spirits is advantageous; training on champagne will be provided.
- Fluency in German and English is required; additional languages are beneficial.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build long-term professional relationships with customers.
- High energy levels to meet the demands of a busy environment.
- Proficiency in handling various payment methods.
