Moët Hennessy Senior HR Manager

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 8 to 10 years of HR experience, with a strong background in HR business partnering and operations.
- Previous leadership experience in a multi-site organization, preferably in the wine, spirits, or luxury goods industries.
- Proven ability to collaborate with leadership and influence business decisions.
- Experience in coaching and developing managers and teams to enhance organizational performance.
- Deep understanding of French labor law, regulations, and best practices, with experience in HR compliance and employee relations.
- Ability to manage HR operations across different regions and cultures within Provence, ensuring all teams feel valued and respected.
- Strong proficiency in HR systems (HRIS), payroll systems, and reporting tools.
- Fluency in French and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Flexibility and ability to navigate a rapidly evolving environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate complex HR challenges and propose solutions in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
