Moët Hennessy Finance Controlling and Reporting Intern

- Serve as the primary liaison for central operational teams (HR, Marketing, Accounting) for monthly tasks and requests, including invoice tracking, provision entries, reclassifications, and system access creation.
- Assist controllers with real and forecast reporting, including ad hoc analysis, preparation of consolidated Excel files, and presentations for the Group or top management.
- Actively contribute to the development and optimization of internal reporting and analysis tools to evaluate real and forecast data from central teams.
- Automate and ensure reliability of overheads and Capex tracking files.
- Aid in improving the control process during data reporting.
- Consolidate qualitative data from various wine estates for management communication.
- Participate in determining and monitoring transfer pricing within the group and document preparation.
- Collaborate with the cash manager in preparing and controlling financial statements during real and forecast phases.
- Assist in optimizing the cash reporting process for international wine estates.
- Support the tax manager during the year-end tax landing process.
- Engage in various financing projects related to the LVMH group.
- Assist the internal control coordinator during the annual self-assessment campaign (ERICA).
- Currently enrolled in a Business School with a specialization in Finance/Management Control or an Engineering School with a financial postgraduate degree.
- Final-year internship.
- Fluency in English.
- Excellent proficiency in Excel, with macro knowledge as a plus.
- Proficiency in PowerPoint.
- Strong interest in IT tools.
- Comfortable with corporate finance concepts.
- Rigorous, team-oriented, analytical, and communicative.
- Adaptability and sensitivity to luxury and wines and spirits.
No prior experience required, suitable for beginners.
Currently pursuing a degree in Business or Engineering with a focus on Finance.
Interns will gain hands-on experience in finance controlling and reporting within a leading luxury wines and spirits company, with exposure to international operations and the opportunity to work in a hybrid environment.
