Moët Hennessy Finance & Operations Assistant

- Support month-end close processes and manage invoicing, including grape purchases.
- Monitor expenditures and manage bulk/barrel sales.
- Assist with CAPEX requests and conduct inventory counts.
- Manage supplier creation in SAP Ariba and oversee purchase orders.
- Handle office supply procurement.
- Coordinate stock management in markets and vintage allocations.
- Oversee shipment planning and manage required documentation.
- Report actuals and analyze P&L data to support costing analysis.
- Participate in monthly KPI presentations.
- Manage daily stock control, perform reconciliations, and prepare for audits.
- Oversee free bottle stock and reporting with SAP, POS, and production software.
- Collaborate on budget forecasting and consolidate data into supply chain strategy.
- Manage reception duties, handle incoming calls, oversee security procedures, and manage courier/postage services.
- Contribute to internal control assessments and support audits.
- Participate in software improvement initiatives.
- Degree in finance, business, accounting, or controlling.
- Fluency in Spanish and English; French is a plus.
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience.
- Anticipation, planning, and communication skills.
- Teamwork and collaboration abilities.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, Access, Word, PowerPoint, and other Microsoft packages.
- Strong understanding of financial systems.
- Ability to manage pressure and meet deadlines.
- Attention to detail and rigorous approach.
- Excellent written, interpersonal, and presentation communication skills.
A minimum of 3 years of professional experience in finance or operations is required.
A degree in finance, business, accounting, or controlling is required.
