1. Lead and manage the general services team, ensuring the health and safety of all team members.
2. Oversee team scheduling to ensure continuity of site operations.
3. Implement processes to optimize efficiency and effectiveness of operations.
4. Participate in the development and management of service contracts and ensure their compliance.
5. Develop and monitor operational and investment budgets for the sites.
6. Coordinate communication activities, including telephony, mail, and office equipment.
7. Manage the maintenance of green spaces, floral decoration, cleaning, waste removal, reception, and telephone switchboard.
8. Oversee the management of the vehicle fleet.
9. Collaborate with the hospitality service to organize events.
10. Ensure site security through management of security personnel.
11. Manage property improvement projects, including staff accommodations.
12. Recommend and implement necessary works to maintain the estate's image and compliance with safety standards.

1. Bachelor's degree or higher (Bac +3 to Bac +5).
2. Bilingual in English and French; a third language is advantageous.
3. Minimum of 10 years of experience as a facilities manager or real estate manager.
