1. Coordinate with warehouse, forwarder, and Regional Centre of Excellence to ensure stock accuracy with SAP.
2. Analyze Incident Reports, classify defects, and liaise with relevant parties.
3. Prepare invoices and shipping documents for inter-company stock transfers.
4. Create and close shipments in SAP.
5. Manage stock transfers between bonded and duty-paid warehouses, updating SAP accordingly.
6. Apply for and monitor permit status on government platforms.
7. Handle Goods Receipt for co-packing and monitor co-packing schedules.
8. Create SKUs and generate stock reports, reconciling physical stock and analyzing exceptions.
9. Perform data entry for month-end closing reports and prepare documents for audits.
10. Assist in bin end and staff sales operations, providing on-site sales support.
11. Participate in supply chain optimization projects and handle ad-hoc tasks.

1. Ability to work accurately and timely with minimal supervision.
2. Capacity to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
3. Proficiency in MS Office and Excel.
4. Experience with SAP software is advantageous but not required.
5. Commitment to a 6-month full-time internship.
