Moët Hennessy Senior Sales Manager – HORECA
Moët Hennessy is the wines and spirits division within the LVMH Group, encompassing iconic Maisons such as Dom Pérignon, Veuve Clicquot and Hennessy. - Manage and develop a designated portfolio of HORECA accounts to achieve sales targets and increase brand listings.
- Identify and onboard new HORECA customers, ensuring optimal stock levels and outlet coverage to support sales objectives.
- Design and execute account‑specific plans, promotions and merchandising to maximise brand visibility and commercial ROI.
- Maintain accurate sales records in ASPIRE and contribute to sales analysis, reporting and forecasting.
- Conduct market and competitor research to inform channel strategies and adapt to consumer preferences in hospitality.
- Collaborate with Marketing on promotional activities and represent brands professionally, communicating brand stories to trade partners.
- Monitor customer financial health, support timely collections and help implement strategies to optimise payment terms.
- Participate actively in team meetings, strategic planning and accompany overseas principals during market visits as required.
- Proven track record in sales and key account management within complex, multicultural organisations.
- Substantial experience in HORECA / Food & Beverage sales; hospitality or luxury goods sector experience highly desirable.
- Demonstrable people management skills and ability to lead cross‑functional initiatives.
- Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation capabilities.
- Customer and consumer‑centric mindset with a consistent record of delivering commercial results.
- Fluent in English; additional languages highly desirable.
- WSET qualification is an advantage.

Minimum 10 years of progressive sales experience, including significant exposure to HORECA or hospitality channels and demonstrable success in key account management and people leadership.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality Management or a related field preferred; equivalent professional experience will be considered.
