- Design and implement a client development strategy to retain and grow top clients through curated experiences and action plans.
- Collaborate with regional stakeholders, brand teams, operations, sales, and CRM to ensure global consistency in client journey execution.
- Develop and oversee a calendar of local and global experiences, supporting event execution and building key partnerships aligned with A&P strategy.
- Lead the deployment of the CRM strategy for the MH Private community, focusing on data collection, segmentation, and client journeys.
- Ensure compliance with GDPR and other regional data protection regulations.
- Manage key partnerships with Maisons, LVMH, and external prescribers to enhance client experiences and loyalty.
- Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of events and CRM strategies, ensuring ROI and adherence to data governance standards.
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- 7+ years of experience in client development, sales, and marketing, preferably in luxury consumer goods or U.S. wines and spirits industries.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration and project management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proficiency in CRM products and data analysis tools such as PowerBI.
- Client-centric and growth-oriented mindset.

A minimum of 7 years in client development, sales, and marketing, with a preference for experience in luxury consumer goods or the U.S. wines and spirits industries.
