- Collaborate with the Brand Head and key stakeholders to define Dom Perignon’s US brand strategy and marketing objectives.
- Contribute to annual U.S. marketing priorities and support the development of key programs and platforms.
- Oversee the execution of marketing programs to ensure volume and profit targets are met.
- Lead the development of Dom Perignon’s Must Have Programs, providing strategic direction to key stakeholders.
- Manage the brand’s A&P deployment strategy, ensuring budget alignment with brand objectives.
- Collaborate with various teams to design luxury POS materials and brand assets.
- Partner with Finance and Strategy teams to manage Dom Perignon programming KPIs.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships across the Dom Perignon brand and Champagne & Sparkling team.
- Provide marketing thought leadership and brand-specific insights.
- Support the development of collaborative working methods across stakeholders.
- Maintain flexibility to adapt to evolving business needs.
- Bachelor’s Degree or MBA, or equivalent experience.
- 7+ years of brand marketing experience, preferably in luxury consumer goods or U.S. wines and spirits industries.
- Understanding of brand strategy development in a commercial context.
- Elevated taste level and understanding of luxury brand positioning.
- Strong commercial orientation and understanding of marketing/sales relationship.
- Strong financial orientation with knowledge of depletions, sales, and P&L management.
- Solid knowledge of cultural trends influencing luxury sectors.
- Demonstrated success influencing cross-functional stakeholders.
- Strong presentation skills and storytelling ability.
- Analytical skills for data-driven decision making.
- Understanding of the U.S. three-tier distribution system is a plus.
Minimum of 7 years in brand marketing, preferably in luxury consumer goods or U.S. wines and spirits industries.
Bachelor’s Degree or MBA, or equivalent experience.
