Moët Hennessy Senior Accountant - Accounts Payable

1. Manage end‑to‑end Accounts Payable operations for the assigned country, ensuring delivery against KPIs and SLAs.
2. Process vendor and inter‑company invoices and T&E claims, applying company policies and performing appropriate validations.
3. Prepare and execute payment runs, enforce payment terms and maintain cash control procedures.
4. Perform month‑end AP closing activities including accruals, provisions and account reconciliations.
5. Respond to and resolve vendor inquiries and payment issues in a timely and professional manner.
6. Support internal and external audits by providing documentation and explanations for AP transactions.
7. Monitor aged payables, analyse payment trends and produce ad hoc reports to inform management decisions.
8. Ensure compliance with tax obligations related to AP transactions, including VAT and withholding tax.
9. Participate in digital transformation and continuous improvement initiatives, including requirements definition, change impact assessment and user acceptance testing (UAT).
10. Provide guidance to internal stakeholders on invoice submission processes and AP requirements.

1. Minimum 3 years of hands‑on Accounts Payable experience.
2. Relevant finance/accounting experience within sizeable, complex or multicultural organisations preferred.
3. Proficiency in written and spoken Korean is required.
4. Prior experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP B1 and/or SAP ECC.
5. Strong attention to detail, analytical mindset and problem‑solving capability.
6. Ability to work independently, meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment and collaborate effectively within a team.
7. Knowledge of VAT, withholding tax and statutory AP reporting requirements.
8. Experience participating in UAT and supporting digital/process change initiatives.

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
