1. Monitor and analyze new and emerging regulations, laws, and industry standards across the Asia Pacific region.
2. Assess the impact of new regulations on company products, operations, and strategies.
3. Maintain a comprehensive database of relevant regulations and guidelines.
4. Collaborate with public affairs teams to understand regulatory trends and policy developments.
5. Support public affairs initiatives with regulatory expertise and insights.
6. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to develop compliance plans for new regulations.
7. Communicate regulatory changes to internal stakeholders effectively.
8. Develop and deliver training programs on regulatory requirements and best practices.
9. Lead product registration reviews and ensure regulatory compliance.
10. Identify and address potential regulatory issues and opportunities.
11. Support business teams in managing regulatory issues, inquiries, and audits.
12. Provide guidance on regulatory compliance matters and assist in regulatory submissions.

1. Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; Master’s degree is a plus.
2. Comprehensive understanding of Asia Pacific regional regulatory agencies and processes.
3. At least 5 years of experience in regulatory affairs, preferably in the wine and spirits sector.

1. Strong project management skills.
2. Effective communication and presentation abilities.
3. Proficiency in English; French is a plus.
4. Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills.
5. Ability to work in a complex, global, and matrixed organization.

Minimum 5 years of experience in regulatory affairs, standards with local and industry associations, and multinational organizations.

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; Master’s degree is a plus.
