- Monitor and analyze new and emerging regulations, laws, and industry standards across the Asia Pacific region.
- Assess the impact of new regulations on company products, operations, and strategies.
- Maintain a comprehensive database of relevant regulations and guidelines.
- Collaborate with public affairs teams to understand regulatory trends and policy developments.
- Support public affairs initiatives with regulatory expertise and insights.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to develop compliance plans for new regulations.
- Communicate regulatory changes to internal stakeholders effectively.
- Develop and deliver training programs on regulatory requirements and best practices.
- Lead product registration reviews and ensure regulatory compliance.
- Identify and address potential regulatory issues and opportunities.
- Support business teams in managing regulatory issues, inquiries, and audits.
- Provide guidance on regulatory compliance matters and assist in regulatory submissions.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; Master’s degree is a plus.
- Comprehensive understanding of Asia Pacific regional regulatory agencies and processes.
- At least 5 years of experience in regulatory affairs, preferably in the wine and spirits sector.
- Strong project management skills.
- Effective communication and presentation abilities.
- Proficiency in English; French is a plus.
- Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work in a complex, global, and matrixed organization.
Minimum 5 years of experience in regulatory affairs, standards with local and industry associations, and multinational organizations.
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; Master’s degree is a plus.
