- Transfer the Export database, known as 'MH Library,' to SharePoint while ensuring data integrity and user information accuracy across various brands and markets.
- Conduct a comprehensive audit of the 'MH Library' database and implement a new, effective nomenclature. Create instructional '1-pager' documents to explain export document processes and nomenclature to users.
- Develop a 'playbook' tool to synthesize registration processes for wines and spirits in export destination countries.
- Provide active support in preparing registration files for products.
- Currently enrolled in an engineering school or scientific training program.
- Service-oriented and customer-focused.
- Attention to detail and thoroughness.
- Fluency in English, both oral and written.
- Ability to work in a structured and organized manner.
- Proficiency in IT tools and effective communication skills to tailor presentations to different audiences.
- Autonomy and proactivity.

- Adaptability and quick learning ability.
Beginner level experience is acceptable, suitable for students or recent graduates.
Enrollment in an engineering school or scientific training program is required.
