1. Oversee the replenishment of European warehouses and distributors, managing DRP and DDMRP supply processes.
2. Maintain transparent communication regarding stock situations to key stakeholders, proactively addressing potential challenges.
3. Collaborate with Maison Customer Services and Supply teams to coordinate replenishments and resolve demand and supply issues.
4. Coordinate product introductions and discontinuities, managing lifecycle and business continuity.
5. Lead demand reviews, challenge market forecasts, and align demand with supply capabilities.
6. Secure optimal allocations of scarce products, ensuring fair distribution and maximizing market potential.
7. Support the implementation of Integrated Business Planning (IBP) guidelines and contribute to establishing a robust Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) process.
8. Track KPIs such as sales forecast accuracy and obsolete stock, encouraging continuous improvement.

1. Right to work in the UK.
2. Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.

1. Familiarity with demand and supply planning processes and concepts.
2. Experience with SAP APO and Power BI is advantageous.
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formula knowledge, database management, and pivot tables.
4. Fluent in English; French language skills are a plus.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
6. Detail-oriented with strong analytical abilities.
7. Proactive and eager to learn.

Beginner level experience in supply and demand planning processes.

Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
