- Develop and execute the national business and sales development strategy for MH Private USA, focusing on Core, Rarities, and Uber Pieces.
- Build annual business plans, sales targets, and KPIs aligned with global MH Private priorities.
- Expand the UHNWI client base through targeted outreach, curated experiences, and strategic partnerships.
- Identify new revenue opportunities across private client networks, membership clubs, and strategic partnerships.
- Lead the MH Private roadshow to educate stakeholders on the division.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with brand marketing, finance, and operations to deliver tailored programs.
- Monitor luxury market trends and client behavior to inform strategy and provide insights to leadership.
- Work closely with brand teams to translate brand strategy into commercial plans for private client sales.
- Develop sales tools and calendars based on seasonality and key cultural moments.
- Partner with luxury lifestyle publications to advertise MHP to a wider audience.
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Minimum 10 years of client development, sales, and marketing experience, preferably in luxury consumer goods or U.S. wines and spirits industries.
- Strong strategic planning skills.
- Exceptional client development and relationship-building skills.
- Deep knowledge of Hennessy brand characteristics and history.
- Well-established network of high-potential luxury consumers.
- Strong business and commercial orientation.
- Demonstrated success in influencing key stakeholders.
A minimum of 10 years in client development, sales, and marketing, preferably within the luxury consumer goods or U.S. wines and spirits sectors.
Bachelor’s degree required.
