- Develop and execute business development strategies tailored to the UHNWI and HNW market in collaboration with the Business Development Director.
- Identify and recruit new Private Clients through personal networks, referrals, and strategic partnerships.
- Communicate the MH Private unique value proposition and service standards to Private Clients and key influencers.
- Manage regional Private Client sales budgets and revenue objectives, ensuring effective execution and forecasting accuracy.
- Act as a MH Private Ambassador through ambassadorial duties and high-profile engagements.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to position MH Private as a leader in luxury wines and spirits.
- Develop and manage key UHNWI relationships, ensuring delivery of personalized, best-in-class client experiences.
- Lead and inspire a regional team of Private Client Directors and Managers, setting clear objectives and performance expectations.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, engagement, and continuous improvement within the team.
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Minimum 10 years of client development, sales, and marketing experience, preferably in luxury consumer goods or U.S. wines and spirits industries.
- Strong leadership and people development capabilities.
- Deep understanding of UHNWI client expectations and luxury service standards.
- Proven track record in Private Client, luxury, spirits/wines, or high-end lifestyle industries.
- Exceptional relationship-building, communication, presentation, and influencing skills.
- Strategic mindset combined with hands-on execution excellence.
- Credible brand ambassador with strong presence and storytelling ability.
- Entrepreneurial, results-driven, and client-centric.
- Comfortable operating in a complex, matrixed, international environment.
Minimum of 10 years in client development, sales, and marketing, with a focus on luxury consumer goods or wines and spirits.
Bachelor’s degree required.
