Moët Hennessy Operations Assistant

- Act as the primary point of contact for MH Wine Estates on sustainability matters, liaising with MH central teams and individual Maisons.
- Support Maisons in defining and implementing carbon emission reduction plans, including action tracking and tool adoption.
- Coordinate LVMH annual environmental reporting for MHWE and prepare consolidated restitutions for MH Wine Estates.
- Contribute to projects across eco-design, internal MH KPIs, transportation and regulatory follow-up.
- Support Estate Directors and Safety Managers in safety reporting and in defining corrective action plans; prepare communications for internal stakeholders.
- Develop and automate operational and supply‑chain reporting using Excel and Power BI; analyse optimisation projects and quantify impact of improvements.
- Enrolled in the final year of an engineering or business programme (Master’s level or equivalent) and eligible for an apprenticeship.
- Prior, demonstrable experience working on sustainability topics (carbon footprint calculation, reduction trajectories, or related projects).
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and practical experience with Power BI.
- Fluent spoken and written French and English.
- Strong analytical capabilities, autonomy in daily operations, and excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.

Entry-level / apprenticeship: candidates should have prior academic or professional exposure to sustainability topics (internships, projects or short-term roles) with concrete experience in carbon reporting or reduction initiatives.
Final‑year student in an engineering school or business school (Master’s level or equivalent), eligible for a 12‑month apprenticeship.
