Moët Hennessy On‑Trade Sales Representative

- Develop awareness and grow business for Moët Hennessy brands across the assigned sales territory, focusing on on‑trade channels (hotels, fine‑dining, bars, lounges, nightclubs) and coordinated off‑trade accounts.
- Achieve sales targets by managing customer relationships, expanding distribution, and securing listings and premium in‑store or on‑premise placements.
- Plan, execute and document regular customer visits, optimising territory tour plans in coordination with the Regional Sales Manager.
- Design and implement brand marketing activations, merchandising and customer events in line with brand and corporate guidelines.
- Manage budgets and administrative workflows (A&P, T&E), including allocations, complaints, claims and returns, and report on KPI performance and competitor activity.
- Deliver product training to customers and consumers and support category management and cross‑merchandising initiatives to maximise sales and availability.
- Maximise use of sales force tools (e.g., ASPIRE, Qlik Sense) and collaborate closely with internal teams (Key Account, Marketing) to align commercial actions.
- Minimum 3 years of proven sales experience in On‑Trade and/or Off‑Trade, preferably within FMCG or premium wines & spirits.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field with a commercial/sales focus preferred.
- Fluent in German and English; French or additional languages advantageous.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills with a structured and analytical approach.
- Valid Class B driving licence and residency in the Munich region; willingness to travel and undertake international mobility as required.

Minimum three years of commercial or sales experience, ideally within premium FMCG or wines & spirits, with demonstrated success in account management, distribution expansion and on‑trade activation.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field (sales focus preferred).
