Moët Hennessy On-Trade Account Manager

- Achieve agreed sales budgets and distribution targets for assigned on‑trade outlets within the assigned territory.
- Drive optimal distribution and maximise brand presence through point‑of‑sale merchandising and trade activations at outlet level.
- Prospect, negotiate and implement promotional initiatives with wholesalers and outlet owners in line with channel strategy.
- Collaborate with commercial leadership to recommend and manage credit and decoration levels to limit company exposure.
- Record and maintain accurate commercial data in Aspire and ensure timely updates of customer segmentation, call notes and activation reports.
- Engage fully with Salesforce and QLIK for tracking, KPI reporting and Aspire adoption (callage, surveys, activations, meeting notes).
- Minimum 3 years’ relevant experience in sales or account management with demonstrable results.
- Proven on‑trade experience, specifically in night channels such as pubs, bars, KTVs and hostess clubs.
- Fluent in Mandarin or Cantonese.
- Strong product knowledge of wine and spirits preferred.
- High standards of compliance, integrity and social responsibility when selling alcoholic products.
- Capacity to multitask, operate autonomously in a hybrid working model and engage with hospitality partners in nightlife settings.

Minimum 3 years of sales or account management experience with proven success in on‑trade channels; prior experience selling into night‑time venues (pubs, bars, KTVs, hostess clubs) is essential.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business, Marketing, Hospitality or a related discipline preferred.
