Moët Hennessy National Account Manager

- Develop and implement a strategic customer plan to achieve annual channel targets.
- Deliver agreed volume, cost price, customer investment, and profit targets for the designated customer portfolio.
- Manage monthly and annual sales forecasts within the commercial planning system.
- Track and manage FTT & A&P spend with key JBP customers, ensuring alignment with the commercial plan.
- Update and maintain customer account plans and associated documents using company standards.
- Protect and grow the distribution of Moët Hennessy brands within customers in line with channel guidelines.
- Analyze and share sell-out data using customer EPOS systems.
- Conduct pre and post evaluations of promotional activities for designated customers.
- Ensure timely completion of commercial administration tasks such as pricing changes and invoice processing.
- Facilitate effective credit management and cash collection in collaboration with the finance team.
- Build strong external relationships with customers across various functions.
- Develop and negotiate annual Joint Business Plans with key customers, tracking performance internally and externally.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure support for key customers from category, marketing, and supply teams.
- Attend customer trade briefings and networking opportunities to understand customer strategies.
- Develop insights and market data to support sales objectives, using a 'Category' mindset.
- Work with category and marketing teams to deliver in-store activations and category solutions for luxury brands.
- Run an annual calendar of promotional activities in line with channel guidelines.
- Gather and communicate comprehensive market information within the business.
- Identify and recommend new business and brand development opportunities using data-based insights.
- Participate in internal team meetings to understand broader channel agendas and support transversal projects.
- WSET certificate preferred but not essential
- Full driving license
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Drive, energy, and passion for luxury brands
- Strong organizational skills
- Strong negotiation skills
Minimum of 5 years of experience in FMCG National Account Management, with exposure to premium/luxury brands and experience in the Cash & Carry channel. Experience in P&L management and Blue Chip FMCG sales training is required.
