- Assist the brand team in executing promotions across various channels.
- Coordinate with trade marketing and sales teams to produce printed materials and training resources.
- Collaborate with external agencies to develop detailed execution plans and guides.
- Track and report on promotion performance.
- Provide administrative support, including managing e-workflows and A&P processes.
- Handle FOC applications and POS deliveries.
- Ensure documentation compliance with legal standards.
- Support logistics for brand events.
- Occasionally travel domestically to assist with promotions and events.
- Proactive attitude with strong communication skills.
- Logical thinker with proficiency in Excel.
- Fluent in spoken and written English.
- Graduate in Business, Marketing, or English preferred.
- Available to work a minimum of 4 days per week.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and administrative abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Fluency in English.
No prior experience required, but a proactive and eager-to-learn attitude is essential.
Graduate with a major in Business, Marketing, or English preferred.
