1. Assist in the planning and execution of luxury brand events, including agency briefing and on-site delivery.
2. Serve as a key contact with external agencies for event roll-out and provide on-site assistance.
3. Act as a brand ambassador during events and support the creation of itineraries for winemaker tours.
4. Co-lead content creation briefings for major brand campaigns.
5. Develop and implement brand visibility initiatives in collaboration with sales teams and agencies.
6. Support PR and brand campaigns in coordination with communications and PR agencies.
7. Manage POSM orders, stock, and logistics, including local sourcing of materials.
8. Provide administrative support, including sales admin tasks, monthly reporting, and financial tracking.

1. Degree-level education.
2. Fluent in English.

1. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
2. Proficiency in Microsoft Office; SAP knowledge is a plus.
3. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
4. Proactive and confident in taking initiative.
5. Detail-oriented with a strong sense of urgency.

Previous internship or experience in marketing, events, or project management preferred. Experience in the luxury goods industry is welcome.
