1. Support the Department Stores NAM in executing and delivering retail projects and experiences.
2. Manage internal and external data efficiently.
3. Update and maintain brand activation trackers, budgets, and timelines.
4. Assist in developing and implementing retail experiences in collaboration with internal teams and external agencies.
5. Cultivate strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders for seamless project execution.
6. Act as a brand ambassador during events and experiences.
7. Support customer accounts to drive sales and brand opportunities, achieving annual channel targets.
8. Collaborate with the Customer Service team to manage orders and deliveries.
9. Prepare customer account-specific forms and sales meeting presentations.
10. Liaise with Finance to manage sales trackers and assist Credit Control in resolving invoicing issues.
11. Coordinate with the Supply team to manage and update product SKUs.
12. Engage with external customer contacts on marketing plans and ad-hoc requests.
13. Build collaborative relationships with customers across merchandising, commercial, marketing, regional, and store teams.
