- Serve as the commercial planning partner for direct and indirect on-trade channels, including retail, private sales, corporate, sponsorship, and festivals.
- Assist the sales team in their planning processes and act as the primary contact for commercial investment creation and amendments.
- Support the sales team in creating new customer profiles in SAP and Aspire.
- Challenge and verify the accuracy of volume, price, and FTT forecasts, updating forecast accuracy and variances in PBI dashboards monthly.
- Drive data collection, reporting, and analysis for stock and depletion management, maintaining accurate Power BI dashboards for off-trade insights.
- Support end-of-year stock landing management for key mass retail customers.
- Assist in the administration of planning tools such as Anaplan, FIP, Aspire, and Power BI.
- Consolidate data for key commercial reports.
- Develop expertise in BI tools like UK Business Planning, Qliksense, and SAM, and train stakeholders on business concepts behind the data.
- Conduct analysis for key stakeholders in the Sales and Marketing teams.
- Degree-level education or equivalent experience.
- Experience in systems and data management within a commercial environment is advantageous.
- Understanding of P&L and value chain.
- Ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders to enhance efficiency.
- Interest in the Wines & Spirits industry is beneficial.
- Proficient in Excel, including pivot tables, VLOOKUPS, and SUMIFS; VBA knowledge is a plus.
- Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau is advantageous.
- Proficient in MS Office suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint).
- Excellent communication and listening skills, with a strong team orientation.
- Effective organizational, time management, and planning skills.
- Detail-oriented, adaptable, autonomous, and proactive.
- Comfortable working with numbers and data.
- Ability to quickly learn and adapt.
Entry-level experience in a commercial or data management environment is preferred.
Degree-level education or equivalent experience.
