1. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly management reports aligned with sales and financial analysis.
2. Analyze performance against forecasts and prior year data to identify variances.
3. Collaborate with the Marketing team to ensure robust tracking of actual and projected expenses.
4. Support sales volumes and revenue planning by coordinating with Sales and Marketing teams.
5. Enhance MS Power BI tools for improved data analysis and reporting.
6. Manage wholesaler depletion processes and ensure quality data collection.
7. Administer commercial contract management and Funds-To-the-Trade processes.
8. Ensure internal control procedures are integrated and streamline business processes.

1. Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field.
2. Proficiency in English and Chinese (spoken and written).

2. Business and financial acumen.
3. Ability to multitask and work under tight deadlines.
4. Teamwork and communication skills.
5. Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
6. Knowledge of Business Intelligence tools like MS Power BI, Tableau, or SQL.

Beginner level experience is required, suitable for recent graduates or individuals with limited professional experience.

Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or business-related disciplines.
