- Assist in organizing Team Summits, including managing itineraries, editing assets, and coordinating logistics such as transportation, accommodations, and budget tracking.
- Develop and manage an Excel tracker for team event planning, ensuring alignment and execution of events in collaboration with brand and sales teams.
- Maintain and update the Marketing Calendar in coordination with brand teams to ensure timely planning and execution of activations.
- Create event recaps and update internal event trackers, providing detailed reports on spend, sales, and ROI.
- Collaborate with the Senior Manager to distribute monthly and quarterly communications, including newsletters and best practice guidelines.
- Oversee POS management, including allocation, delivery, setup, and return logistics.
- Develop creative assets for client-facing materials and manage physical assets for field activations.
- Support administrative tasks such as managing invoicing, overseeing storage and inventory, and updating internal websites with relevant materials.
- Assist in onboarding new team members and manage client relationship recovery efforts.
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or Marketing degree preferred.
- 3+ years of events and/or marketing experience in the U.S. luxury wines and spirits industry.
- Excellent communication skills for stakeholder management and team collaboration.
- Strong organizational and planning abilities to manage tasks and resources efficiently.
- Proficient in time management and prioritization to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Problem-solving and adaptability to address conflicts and manage risks.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work independently in ambiguous situations.
Minimum 3 years of experience in events and/or marketing within the U.S. luxury wines and spirits industry.
Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or Marketing degree preferred.
