- Lead end-to-end Accounts Receivable operations for the assigned market, ensuring timely delivery within agreed KPIs and SLAs.
- Own and maintain AR subledger accounts with full accountability for accurate reconciliation and proactive management of overdue receivables.
- Drive effective credit control and collection strategies to minimize credit risk and optimize cash flow.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external parties to support business objectives.
- Manage service billing processes, including inter-company invoicing and reconciliations, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Monitor client balances closely, reducing aged receivables through regular communication and collection follow-up.
- Prepare and present detailed monthly credit and collection reports to management and key stakeholders.
- Oversee client onboarding, credit term setting, contract management, and ERP system maintenance for AR activities.
- Ensure monthly account closing is accurate, timely, and compliant, investigating and resolving any anomalies.
- Enforce robust internal controls and AR policies aligned with corporate governance standards.
- Champion digital transformation and continuous improvement projects by contributing to requirement gathering, impact analysis, and user acceptance testing.
- Proven finance and accounting experience in complex, multicultural organizational environments.
- Hands-on experience with SAP ECC, SAP B1, SAP HANA, Salesforce, and Robotic Process Automation (RPA).
- Involvement in at least one system implementation or automation project.
- Demonstrated expertise in Accounts Receivable management.
- Industry experience in Wine & Spirits, FMCG, Consumer Goods, or Luxury Goods sectors.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to lead and actively contribute in team meetings.
- Commercially savvy and data-driven, with proven ability in strategic planning and financial analysis.
- Proficient in managing complex financial data.
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
