- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets to grow market share.
- Expand distribution across On, Off, and eRetail channels.
- Enhance brand visibility through storytelling and market insights.
- Serve as an industry-recognized ambassador for Moët Hennessy brands.
- Adapt to evolving customer expectations and drive digital transformation initiatives.
- Deliver commercial objectives by being a valued partner to customers.
- Ensure 100% distribution compliance with major contracts and growth targets.
- Engage fully with Salesforce and QLIK for tracking and reporting.
- Conduct On Premise distribution surveys post-sales calls.
- Monitor and report competitor activity within the territory.
- Develop and execute activation programs across accounts.
- Maintain brand merchandising standards across all channels.
- Ensure superior animation of Moët Hennessy brands over competitors.
- Adhere to compliance and integrity standards.
- Monitor financial status of customers and manage credit collections.
- Accompany senior managers and participate in market visits and sales meetings.
- College/University degree in Business or equivalent.
- Full proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
- Strong planning, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Proficient in numerical, analytical, and statistical analysis.
- Excellent communication, networking, and interpersonal skills.
- High computer literacy, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Proven sales skills and ability to work autonomously.
A minimum of 5 years of sales experience, preferably within an international fast-moving consumer goods or liquor company. Thorough knowledge of wine and spirits products and a good understanding of On/Off and eRetail channels are essential.
College/University degree in Business or equivalent.
