1. Conduct public and private tours of the cellars and vineyards, ensuring a premium experience.

3. Manage visitor reception and ticketing operations.
4. Deliver engaging and accessible narratives to diverse visitor groups.
5. Ensure visitor safety during tours and manage logistical challenges.
6. Coordinate visit schedules and handle inquiries via phone and email.
7. Oversee ticketing operations, including cash handling and administrative tasks.
8. Support the visitor experience by participating in tastings and boutique sales.
9. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the brand and personalize visitor experiences.

1. Bachelor's degree in Tourism or equivalent, or a Guide Lecturer diploma.
2. Fluency in French, English, and Dutch.

1. Excellent customer service and client relationship skills.
2. Ability to manage and guide groups of up to 35 visitors.
3. Strong organizational and administrative skills.
4. Proficiency in office and IT tools.
5. Knowledge of history, art history, and oenology.

A minimum of 3 years in a similar role is required.

Bachelor's degree in Tourism or equivalent.
