1. Conduct public and private tours of the cellars and vineyards, ensuring a high-end brand image is conveyed.
2. Manage visitor reception and ticketing operations, including cash handling and administrative tasks.
3. Coordinate tour schedules with the back office and manage visitor flow to audiovisual presentations.
4. Ensure visitor safety and manage any operational issues with tour equipment.
5. Participate in wine tastings and boutique sales activities, providing commentary and enhancing the visitor experience.
6. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the brand and its offerings to personalize visitor interactions.

1. Bachelor's degree in Tourism or equivalent, or a Guide-Interpreter diploma.
2. Fluency in French, English, and Dutch.

1. Strong customer orientation and ability to manage groups of up to 35 people.
2. Proficiency in office and computer tools.
3. Knowledge of history, art history, and oenology.
4. Excellent organizational skills and ability to work autonomously.
5. Ability to occasionally coordinate a team.

A minimum of 3 years in a similar role is required.

Bachelor's degree in Tourism or equivalent.
