Moët Hennessy Trilingual Visitor Services Coordinator

- Conduct public and private tours of the cellars and vineyards, ensuring a high-end brand image is conveyed.
- Manage visitor reception and ticketing operations, including cash handling and administrative tasks.
- Coordinate tour schedules with the back office and manage visitor flow to audiovisual presentations.
- Ensure visitor safety and manage any operational issues with tour equipment.
- Participate in wine tastings and boutique sales activities, providing commentary and enhancing the visitor experience.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the brand and its offerings to personalize visitor interactions.
- Bachelor's degree in Tourism or equivalent, or a Guide-Interpreter diploma.
- Fluency in French, English, and Dutch.
- Strong customer orientation and ability to manage groups of up to 35 people.
- Proficiency in office and computer tools.
- Knowledge of history, art history, and oenology.
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to work autonomously.
- Ability to occasionally coordinate a team.
A minimum of 3 years in a similar role is required.
Bachelor's degree in Tourism or equivalent.
