1. Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of guest areas, ensuring meticulous care of materials and furnishings.
2. Perform evening service, including room and bathroom tidying, guest item organization, and gift preparation.
3. Manage and maintain linen stock and amenities, ensuring timely laundry services and inventory control.
4. Prepare and organize service carts for morning and evening duties.
5. Ensure compliance with plastic-free certification standards.
6. Handle minor sewing tasks and ensure the proper functioning of clocks.
7. Assist with clearing breakfast, lunch, and dinner settings as needed.
8. Provide on-the-job training for temporary staff.
9. Respond to technical intervention requests using dedicated software.

1. CAP in Hotel Services, BEP in Restaurant and Hotel Trades, or equivalent.
