1. Participate in continuous improvement and modernization projects at the production site, collaborating with the production manager and various teams.
2. Independently manage a continuous improvement project, focusing on areas such as waste reduction, site communication, or storage conditions.
3. Contribute to maintaining ISO certifications through audit follow-ups, action plan management, and standard training.

1. Final year student in an engineering school with a specialization in industrial management (e.g., Arts et Métiers, Mines).
2. Previous industrial experience in change management and/or continuous improvement is advantageous.

1. Strong interpersonal and integration skills, with the ability to rally support for ideas.
2. Detail-oriented, organized, with excellent analytical, synthesis, and creative abilities.
3. Proficiency in project management and continuous improvement methodologies (DMAIC, PDCA, 5W, 6M, 5S).

Entry-level, suitable for candidates with initial exposure to industrial environments.
