- Conduct autonomous maintenance interventions on site equipment, including electrical, automation, mechanical, and industrial computing systems.
- Enter maintenance management system data for parts movements and service requests.
- Resolve technical issues efficiently, prioritizing safety, quality, and productivity.
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards during interventions.
- Propose sustainable solutions to technical problems.
- Diagnose and perform first-level troubleshooting for inter-machine communication and industrial computing issues.
- Engage with external service providers for equipment vision interventions, adhering to quality standards.
- Coordinate with production and maintenance teams to define intervention priorities.
- Participate in production line format changes.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of a preventive maintenance plan.
- Execute scheduled preventive maintenance interventions and update the maintenance management system.
- Propose adaptations to the preventive maintenance plan based on observations.
- Engage in sector improvement initiatives, including safety, environment, and quality enhancements.
- Lead or participate in improvement and reliability projects, including supplier coordination.
- Participate in trials and validation of new materials and equipment.
- Contribute to the training of machine operators on technical aspects.
- Adapt to new techniques and technologies in the field.
- Extensive technical knowledge in maintenance, automation, mechanics, electricity, and pneumatics/hydraulics.
- Familiarity with production processes and materials used.
- Proficiency in computer tools, maintenance management systems, and production management tools.
