1. Operational support within the Quality & Oenology Development Department for project tracking and participation in strategic discussions.
2. Monitoring of viticultural trials.
3. Oversight and management of grape maturity.
4. Operational tracking of harvest and vinification trials.
5. Conducting bibliographic research to propose new insights.

1. Educational background in viticulture and oenology or equivalent (DNO).
2. Interest in fieldwork related to vineyards and cellars.
3. Meticulousness, responsiveness, and reliability.
4. Proactive and critical thinking abilities.
5. Strong interpersonal skills.
6. Valid driver's license (Category B).
