Moët Hennessy Intellectual Property Legal Intern

- Assist legal professionals in managing the brand portfolio, focusing on Champagne brands, and providing protection and defense of trademarks through pre-litigation and litigation processes.
- Offer legal counsel to internal departments such as Marketing and Development, in collaboration with external partners including Intellectual Property Consultants and Attorneys worldwide.
- Participate in the management of administrative and judicial pre-litigation and litigation globally.
- Contribute to the validation of marketing projects by conducting prior rights searches.
- Prepare dossiers of evidence for use and notoriety claims.
- Safeguard and defend brand presence on the internet.
- Assist in the synthesis, archiving of dossiers, and updating of the legal database.
- Master's degree in Intellectual Property/Industrial Property or Wine and Vine Law.
- Fluency in written and spoken English, as 80% of tasks will be conducted in this language.
- Strong understanding of intellectual property law, particularly trademark law.
- Excellent research and analytical skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in legal database management.
Previous experience in a corporate or legal firm setting, particularly in an international context, is appreciated but not mandatory.
Master's degree in Intellectual Property/Industrial Property or Wine and Vine Law.
