The company's Information System & Technology division operates within a matrix structure, comprising global teams and those dedicated to specific Houses or Markets. The Hennessy House, renowned for its premium offerings, boasts a local IT department, including the Sales, Marketing & Consumers, and Data & AI teams.

1. Participate in the planning and organization of projects.
2. Monitor the progress of various phases and ensure deadlines are met.
3. Coordinate between teams and stakeholders.
4. Prepare and update project tracking documents such as schedules, dashboards, and reports.
5. Collaborate in the implementation of tools, including specification, testing, and deployment phases.
6. Propose actions to optimize project organization and efficiency.
7. Assist in identifying risks and raising alerts.
8. Organize project documentation.
9. Support project managers in providing support and qualifying incidents.

1. Currently pursuing a Master's degree in Information Systems, IT, Project Management, or a related field.
2. Familiarity with project management methodologies.
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel).
4. Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
5. Familiarity with ChatGPT, referred to internally as MaIA.

Currently enrolled in a Master's program in a relevant field.
