1. Assist operational departments in tracking costs and budget construction, providing pertinent analytical insights.
2. Monitor actual costs against budget forecasts using SAP and Power BI.
3. Organize reviews of actual expenses with operational teams, acting as a close point of contact.
4. Track workforce metrics and analyze hours by activity.
5. Develop monthly dashboards incorporating key performance indicators (KPIs).
6. Ensure the coherence of the analytical cost structure to enhance the reliability of financial closures.
7. Support the preparation of revised budgets and medium-term plans with operational staff.
8. Prepare supporting documents such as PowerPoint presentations and Excel summaries.
9. Engage in ad hoc projects related to the upstream departments.
