Moët Hennessy Brand Education Manager Assistant

- Provide logistical support for organizing various formats of international seminars both on-site and remotely, including stock management, orders, preparation and dispatch of materials, briefing internal teams, and setting up spaces.
- Assist in the planning of events and brand training sessions such as Moët Champions and new GVC programs.
- Monitor and manage inventory of materials and gifts.
- Forecast and order POSM (Point of Sale Materials).
- Provide technical support for webinars.
- Facilitate participant logistics during seminars, including lunch arrangements and inter-site coordination.
- Coordinate and track webinar requests from markets.
- Create and maintain an internal document highlighting various events at the Maison and in the market.
- Coordinate and oversee engagements with prestigious educational institutions.
- Develop various presentations for reports, tracking, and webinars.
- Organize and dispatch year-end gifts.
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
- Bachelor's degree (Bac +4 – MASTER 1) in a relevant field.
- Valid driver's license (Permis B).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proactive and professional work ethic.
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
- Adaptability and availability.
- Interest in the luxury industry, particularly in wine.
- Proficiency in Zoom and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher, SharePoint, Teams).
Beginner level experience is acceptable.
Bachelor's degree (Bac +4 – MASTER 1) in a relevant field.
