Moët Hennessy Assistant Platform Manager, Supply Chain & Procurement

1. Support project management by assisting in planning, monitoring, and coordinating team projects under the supervision of the Head of the Supply Chain & Procurement platform.
2. Maintain project documentation, including project schedules and progress reports, in collaboration with each Solution Delivery Manager.
3. Update Moët Hennessy's project management tools in coordination with the corporate PMO.
4. Collect and analyze project performance data to identify discrepancies from objectives, particularly regarding functionality adoption, scheduling, and budget.
5. Prepare status reports, dashboards, and presentations for the Head of Platform and corporate PMO.
6. Participate in identifying process improvement opportunities and share insights with the corporate PMO and Head of Platform.
7. Assist in implementing new project management tools/processes within the team, as guided by the corporate PMO.
8. Ensure project management documents and practices are standardized within the team.
9. Serve as the team liaison for the use of project tools provided by SAP COE and the corporate PMO, ensuring compliance before transitioning to support mode.
10. Assist in preparing agendas and materials for monthly team meetings and coordinate various participants.
11. Engage in the Innovation community for the team and communicate relevant innovations for the Supply Chain & Procurement domain during dedicated team meetings.

1. Successful initial experience in a corporate environment.
2. Higher education degree from a business or engineering school with a specialization in project management.
3. Fluency in French and English.
