1. Lead, train, and coach the team to achieve sales goals and ensure exceptional client experiences.
2. Drive team performance to exceed KPI targets and contribute to store success.
3. Conduct regular performance discussions and create actionable plans with the Store Manager.
4. Provide consistent feedback and coaching to the team, identifying development needs and partnering with Retail Trainers.
5. Train the team on client journey, clienteling, storytelling, and product knowledge.
6. Participate in talent acquisition, recruitment, and onboarding processes.
7. Ensure efficient sales floor management and deliver superior client experiences.
8. Enhance store performance through CRM and clienteling initiatives.
9. Expand the store's client base by engaging with new prospects.
10. Ensure exemplary product care and adherence to corporate guidelines.
11. Monitor category performance and collaborate with Retail Merchandising teams.
12. Collaborate with Visual Merchandising and Operations teams to maximize store efficiency.

1. Business/Retail Management degree or equivalent is a plus.
2. Fluency in English is expected.
3. Interest in luxury fashion, art, and design.
