1. Lead the store team to exceed financial targets and maximize sales performance.
2. Develop and propose action plans based on performance analysis.
3. Drive the team to achieve KPI targets, including cross-selling and up-selling.
4. Create a client-centric environment and ensure exceptional client service.
5. Foster strong client relationships and ensure meaningful after-sales experiences.
6. Motivate staff and promote team spirit through effective communication.
7. Conduct morning briefings and ensure the team is informed of relevant updates.
8. Train and inspire the team on product knowledge and sales techniques.
9. Ensure the store operates with the highest level of care and respect for products.
10. Optimize visual merchandising to attract clients and maximize sales.

1. Minimum of 8 years of experience in a similar role.
