1. Drive and maximize sales performance.
2. Develop and propose strategic business plans.
3. Lead the store team to exceed key performance indicators.

5. Ensure a superior client experience by being present on the sales floor.
6. Promote Omni Channel development within the team.
7. Manage store operations within budgetary constraints.

1. Proven experience in retail management, preferably within the luxury sector.
2. Fluency in Portuguese and advanced proficiency in English.
3. Business/Retail Management degree or equivalent is advantageous.
