1. Drive and maximize sales performance.
2. Develop and propose strategic business plans.
3. Lead the store team to exceed key performance indicators.
4. Represent the brand in the local market, identifying opportunities to enhance customer engagement and loyalty.
5. Ensure a superior client experience on the sales floor.
6. Promote Omni Channel development through the team.
7. Manage the store-operating budget, controlling expenses.
8. Cultivate a client-centric mindset and maintain strong client relationships.
9. Implement clienteling initiatives and events to secure client loyalty.
10. Promote an entrepreneurial and team spirit, ensuring professional growth.
11. Ensure team preparedness with product knowledge and market insights.
12. Attract and recruit top talent through networking and scouting.
13. Develop a sales strategy in collaboration with Retail Merchandising and Operations.
14. Ensure displays attract clients and maximize sales.
15. Participate in buying sessions and provide product feedback.
16. Ensure synergy between front and back of house operations.
17. Enforce company procedures on cash activity, inventory, and logistics.
18. Collaborate with the Retail Events Office to organize local events.

1. Business/Retail Management degree or equivalent is a plus.
