1. Drive the store team to exceed financial targets and maximize sales performance.
2. Develop and propose action plans through performance analysis.
3. Ensure the highest standard of client service on the sales floor.
4. Encourage omni-channel awareness and digital tool utilization among the team.
5. Manage store operating budgets and monitor expenses.
6. Provide product feedback and participate in buying sessions as needed.
7. Lead client development initiatives to foster client-centric relationships.
8. Manage local VIP clients and tailor actions to enhance loyalty and spending.
9. Motivate and inspire the team through effective communication and team spirit.
10. Train and develop the store team on product knowledge, sales techniques, and company policies.
11. Identify and propose internal development opportunities for team members.
12. Ensure strong cooperation between front and back of house operations.
13. Maintain boutique care standards and ensure compliance with company procedures.
14. Collaborate with the retail head office for local event organization.
