- Drive and maximize sales performance.
- Propose and develop strategic business plans.
- Lead the store team to exceed key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Represent the brand in the local market, identifying opportunities to increase customer footfall and foster brand loyalty.
- Ensure exceptional client service and presence on the sales floor.
- Promote Omni Channel development within the team.
- Manage store expenses to meet the operating budget.
- Cultivate a client-centric mindset and maintain strong client relationships.
- Implement clienteling initiatives and events to enhance client loyalty and spending.
- Promote a culture of private appointments.
- Foster an entrepreneurial and team spirit through effective communication and organization.
- Ensure the team is informed about the Prada Group's products, market trends, competitors, and policies.
- Attract and recruit top talent through networking and scouting.
- Develop sales strategies in collaboration with Retail Merchandising, Visual Merchandising, and Retail Operations teams.
- Ensure displays attract clients and maximize sales in line with company guidelines.
- Participate in buying sessions and provide product feedback based on store needs.
- Ensure synergy between front and back of house operations.
- Enforce company procedures on cash activity, inventory, logistics, and reporting.
- Collaborate with the Retail Events Office to organize local events and propose new opportunities with stakeholders and influencers.
