1. Drive and maximize sales performance.
2. Develop and propose business plans.
3. Lead the store team to exceed KPIs.
4. Represent the brand in the local market, identifying opportunities to increase customer footfall and build brand loyalty.
5. Ensure a superior client experience on the sales floor.
6. Promote Omni Channel development within the team.
7. Manage store-operating budget and control expenses.
8. Foster a client-centric mindset and maintain strong client relationships.
9. Implement clienteling initiatives and events to enhance client loyalty.
10. Promote a culture of private appointments.
11. Encourage an entrepreneurial and team spirit through effective communication.
12. Ensure the team is informed about the Prada Group, product knowledge, and market trends.
13. Attract and recruit top talent through networking and scouting.
14. Develop sales strategies in collaboration with Retail Merchandising, Visual Merchandising, and Retail Operations.
15. Ensure displays attract clients and maximize sales.
16. Participate in buying sessions and provide product feedback.
17. Ensure cooperation between front and back of house.
18. Enforce company procedures on cash activity, inventory, and logistics.
19. Collaborate with the Retail Events Office to organize local events and propose new opportunities.

1. Business/Retail Management degree or equivalent is a plus.
2. Fluent spoken English; other languages, particularly Italian, are desirable.
