1. Ensure the care and protection of products according to company guidelines.
2. Manage goods receipt and storage, preparing products for the sales floor efficiently.
3. Prepare shop-to-shop and returns transfers in compliance with company guidelines.
4. Handle the flow of E-Commerce orders, ensuring service levels are met.
5. Manage the flow of damaged, non-sellable, and repair products.
6. Organize packaging, stationery, and display objects both physically and digitally.
7. Participate in the management of uniforms and gift flows.
8. Ensure proper protection and packaging of products for store and transfer purposes.
9. Adopt company guidelines in the event of theft, ensuring proper communication and documentation.
10. Investigate system discrepancies promptly.
11. Record product movement in the IT system and manage related documentation.
12. Participate in physical and cycle inventories, respecting company timelines.
13. Support warehouse activities related to sales and ensure warehouse security and cleanliness.
14. Optimize and rationalize warehouse spaces in collaboration with store management.
15. Support Client Advisors in the sales process and collaborate with the Visual Merchandising team.
16. Maintain relationships with providers and organize the archive monthly.
17. Comply with KPI updates, guidelines, and procedures from store management and headquarters.

1. 4-5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the luxury or fashion industry.
2. Fluent in spoken English; proficiency in other languages is desirable.
3. High sense of responsibility and ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
