- Ensure the care and protection of products in accordance with company guidelines.
- Manage goods receipt and storage, optimizing efficiency and preparing products for the sales floor.
- Prepare shop-to-shop and returns transfers, adhering to company timelines.
- Oversee the flow of E-Commerce orders, ensuring service levels are met.
- Handle damaged, non-sellable, and repair products efficiently.
- Organize packaging and stationery both physically and digitally.
- Participate in the management of uniforms and gifts flow.
- Ensure proper protection and packaging of products for store and E-Commerce shipments.
- Adopt company guidelines in the event of theft, including communication and documentation.
- Investigate system discrepancies promptly.
- Manage product flow and documentation, recording movements in the IT system.
- Organize and execute physical and cycle inventories, respecting company schedules.
- Support warehouse activities related to sales and ensure security and cleanliness.
- Assist the Stock Manager in optimizing space utilization.
- Collaborate with Sales Associates and Visual Merchandising team as needed.
- Support junior back-of-house team members.
- Maintain relationships with providers and update archives monthly.
- Comply with KPIs, guidelines, and procedures from Store Operations Manager and Headquarters.
- Experience in a similar role, preferably in luxury women's ready-to-wear.
- Problem-solving abilities and curiosity about luxury fashion.
- Teamwork and independent work capabilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluent in spoken English; additional languages are advantageous.
Previous experience in a similar role, ideally within the luxury fashion sector, focusing on women's ready-to-wear.
