- Ensure an extraordinary and memorable luxury customer experience, placing the client at the forefront and fostering meaningful relationships.

- Achieve individual and team sales targets, acting as a proactive player in ensuring the best service for both in-store and e-commerce channels.

- Resolve client complaints in liaison with the line manager and client service team when necessary.

- Host and conduct customer appointments in person or virtually.
- Work in synergy with the back of house, participating in daily operations and maintaining an organized stock room.
- Comply with company procedures on operational guidelines, stock procedures, security, cash activity, inventory, logistics, and reporting activities.
- Foster open and constructive communication with colleagues to ensure a consistent exceptional experience and contribute to a positive working environment, embracing diversity and inclusion values.
- Experience within a luxury or premium brand
- Understanding of luxury customer service
- Experience in building long-lasting relationships with clients
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluency in English
Previous experience in a similar role within a luxury or premium brand is essential.
