- Provide exceptional in-store customer experiences, embodying the role of a brand ambassador.
- Cultivate and maintain client relationships, utilizing CRM and digital tools to enhance customer loyalty.
- Engage in cross-selling across departments to maximize sales and achieve individual targets and KPIs.
- Stay informed on fashion trends and competitor activities to maintain brand and product knowledge.
- Address customer complaints effectively, coordinating with management when necessary.
- Maintain high standards of shop floor and visual displays, adhering to company operational guidelines.
- Contribute to store security and prevent product thefts.
- Oversee the safety and handling of products and valuable materials in the warehouse.
- Manage daily goods receipt and merchandise arrangement in accordance with corporate procedures.
- Organize and conduct product counts and stock-takes.
- Ensure accurate product flow tracking through the SAP system.
- Handle product flow during repairs and manage stockroom activities related to markdowns.
- Facilitate returns, shop-to-shop transfers, and e-commerce deliveries, following corporate guidelines.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are advantageous.
- Strong affinity for luxury products.
- High sense of responsibility and accountability.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Organized and detail-oriented approach.
- Mature and assertive demeanor.
- Proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) systems.

Prior experience in luxury retail sales or a similar customer-facing role is required.
