1. Provide exceptional in-store customer experiences, embodying the role of a brand ambassador.
2. Cultivate and maintain client relationships, utilizing CRM and digital tools to enhance customer loyalty.
3. Engage in cross-selling across departments to maximize sales and achieve individual targets and KPIs.
4. Stay informed on fashion trends and competitor activities to maintain brand and product knowledge.
5. Address customer complaints effectively, coordinating with management when necessary.
6. Maintain high standards of shop floor and visual displays, adhering to company operational guidelines.
7. Contribute to store security and prevent product thefts.
8. Oversee the safety and handling of products and valuable materials in the warehouse.
9. Manage daily goods receipt and merchandise arrangement in accordance with corporate procedures.
10. Organize and conduct product counts and stock-takes.
11. Ensure accurate product flow tracking through the SAP system.
12. Handle product flow during repairs and manage stockroom activities related to markdowns.
13. Facilitate returns, shop-to-shop transfers, and e-commerce deliveries, following corporate guidelines.

1. Fluency in English; additional languages are advantageous.

1. Proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) systems.

5. Understanding of luxury fashion and retail dynamics.

Prior experience in luxury retail sales or a similar customer-facing role is required.

A degree in Business or Retail Management is advantageous.
