1. Welcome and serve customers, ensuring an excellent in-store experience.
2. Develop and maintain client relationships using CRM and digital tools.
3. Engage in cross-selling and maximize sales opportunities to meet targets and KPIs.
4. Stay updated on fashion trends and competitors.
5. Demonstrate brand and product knowledge.
6. Address customer complaints in collaboration with the line manager.
7. Maintain high standards of shop floor and visual displays.
8. Ensure product security and prevent thefts.
9. Manage daily goods receipt and arrange merchandise per corporate procedures.
10. Organize and conduct product counting and stock-takes.
11. Track product flow through the SAP system.
12. Oversee product flow during repairs and manage stockroom markdown activities.
13. Handle returns, shop-to-shop transfers, and e-commerce deliveries following corporate guidelines.

1. Fluent in English, with additional languages desirable.
